Nursnook’s business processes, algorithms, technical specifications, partnership models, financial projections, and proprietary methodologies constitute trade secrets under the Defend Trade Secrets Act (18 U.S.C. § 1836) and applicable state law. Unauthorized access, disclosure, or misappropriation will be pursued to the fullest extent of the law.
Enforcement

When you join our waitlist, we collect your email address and the source of your signup. We do not collect any other personal information at this time.
How We Use Your Information
Your email address is used solely to (a) confirm your place on the Nursnook waitlist, (b) send you a license verification invitation on or about May 12, 2026, and (c) notify you when Nursnook launches on November 11, 2026. We will not sell, rent, or share your email address with any third party.

Waitlist
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to Nursnook. Membership is contingent upon verification of an active nursing license or enrollment in an accredited nursing program. Nursnook, Inc. reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion.
Use Restrictions
You may not (a) copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site; (b) use any automated system to access or scrape this site; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data; (d) use any Nursnook trademark, trade name, or proprietary terminology without prior written consent; or (e) misrepresent any affiliation with Nursnook, Inc. or Nurshaus Foundation.
Limitation of Liability
This website and all content are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. Nursnook, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site.
